Em enquete realizada pelo site MusicRadar.com, foi escolhida a lista dos 50 melhores álbuns de heavy metal da história. Com os resultados divulgados no International Noise Awareness Day, o MusicRadar.com se juntou com a Metal Hammer, a revista mais famosa de heavy metal do Reino Unido, para criar uma contagem regressiva dos discos definitivos para bater cabeça.
